Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from FurFree.

Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo of the item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to request a return: Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for the return.

FurFree reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
